As soon as you have a bedroom with beds for all your monsters and a Communication Room, you need to start attracting victims: the amount of food you were given at the start of the game will soon run out and you need to establish a source of fresh meat.

Attracting victims is done by sending letters to invite victims to stay the night at your house - and then getting your monsters to attack them.

Sending a letter is done in two steps:\\
**STEP 1:** Build a Writing Desk in a room (see how to build rooms and furniture above)\\
**STEP 2:** Assign monsters to the task of writing the letters (use the TASKS button)\\

When enough letters are written, the monster will automatically take them to the red post box along the road on his bike. The mail is collected every day at 7:00pm (you don't see this happening) and the victims start arriving around 9:00pm.

A Scroll message (on the left hand side of the screen) will notify you a couple of minutes before victims arrive on the map, and will tell you how many victims are arriving.
